Third party disclosure

Retention Periods

If you are a client and choose to leave Creative Schools, we will remove your personal data within 30 working days.

If you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

IP addresses that break our security parameters may be stored for 30 days in order to prevent brute force (repeat) attacks or malicious activity.

Our Clients’ websites

Creative Schools builds and hosts websites for a number of schools and educational organisations. Each of these websites are owned by the school or organisation (data controller) and abide by their own privacy policy. As data processor, we may process information in the manner they have instructed us to do so. This includes the submission of forms on their websites, where we securely store or email submissions to a contact at the school. We do not process this information in any other way and never disclose this information to any other party, unless required to do so by law.

Security and storage of your  data

We take the security and storage of your information very seriously. We have put in place suitable physical, technical and operational procedures in place to ensure the safeguarding and security of your information.

Links to other websites

This privacy policy does not cover any third party websites that may be linked within content found on creativeschools.co.uk. Please note that we are not responsible for the content on other websites.

Your rights

As an individual you are empowered by certain rights concerning your personal data.
